How booking, paying and cancelling work at Sandbar Villas, as the hotel has set them.
Arriving and leaving
Check-in is from 2 pm. Check-out is by 12 pm. For an earlier arrival or a later departure, ask the hotel before you travel.
Cancelling a booking
Cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. From 30 days to arrival, three nights are charged. Between 20 December and 10 January, cancellations within 45 days are charged in full. Non-refundable rates are charged at booking.
A rate marked non-refundable is charged in full if cancelled; it is marked as such before you book.
Once you have booked, the terms that apply to your stay — and the date until which cancelling is free — are on your booking page, from the link in your confirmation.
Paying
Where online payment is offered, 30% of the stay (room and extras) is paid when you book to confirm it; the rest is paid at the hotel. The amount, if any, is shown before you confirm.
Anything added to a booking afterwards is paid at the hotel.
Prices and tax
Prices on this website are in MVR, before GST; GST is added on your bill at the rate that applies.
Your details
When you book, sign in or write to us, Sandbar Villas receives the name, telephone number and email address you give, and uses them for your booking and to reply to you. Offers are sent only if you ask for them when signing in. To see, correct or remove what the hotel holds, contact the hotel.
