The room
Driftwood is where the island watches the sun go down. Our bartenders work with what grows here: coconut, lime, pandan, curry leaf and the island's own chillies, with a short list of classics done very well. A DJ plays on Friday and Saturday evenings, and on full-moon nights we light fires along the sand.
