The room
Hikari means light, and the room is built for the moment the sun drops behind the counter. Our chef serves a single omakase of around fifteen courses each night, from yellowfin cut five ways to grilled spiny lobster nigiri and a clear dashi of reef fish. Sake and Japanese whisky pairings are offered. With eight seats and two sittings, booking ahead is wise.
