The room
Walk down a flight of coral-stone steps and the temperature drops by fifteen degrees. The Cellar Under the Sand holds our wine collection, from grower Champagnes to old Burgundy and the best of the southern hemisphere, alongside a room of aged cheeses and cured meats. Join a tasting with our sommelier in the early evening, or take the single long table for a private dinner of up to fourteen.
